New Dealer eProcess Tool Helps Dealers Desk Deals during CDK Disruption

To assist dealers during the CDK outage, Dealer eProcess is offering an enhanced version of its Digital Retailing (DR) platform.

To assist dealers during the CDK outage, Dealer eProcess has enhanced its Digital Retailing (DR) platform for use by dealership personnel, the company announced in an email.

Dealer eProcess has tailored its DR platform to include a feature where dealership staff can use their email addresses to access a streamlined workflow allowing them to select vehicles, modify selling prices, adjust trade equity and select payments based on term length, miles, etc. Once the deal structure is finalized, it will be conveniently sent directly to the dealership personnel’s email address to pencil the deal.

Understanding the complexities involved in calculating accurate lease payments, especially with the additional taxes and fees, Dealer eProcess has developed this innovative solution to make things a little easier for you, the company said.

They announced the new feature is free and now available for use. Current DEP Digital Retailing clients already have access to this feature. Contact your Account Executive if you need further assistance. If you are not currently a DEP customer, Dealer eProcessis offering this solution free of charge to any dealer affected by the current disruption, and can have you up and running within 24 hours. The company can also install it on a hidden URL for dealer use only, to ensure you stay within any program guidelines.
