TECOBI, a company dedicated to helping automotive dealers sell more cars using advanced technology to generate leads and communicate with customers, announces two recent promotions.

Evan Driscoll, formerly the company’s BDC director, has been promoted to the role of general manager. Driscoll started with TECOBI in February 2019 and helped build the BDC during a major growth period, the company said. He put in place new processes, structure, schedules, organization and increased morale. He will now be overseeing the day-to-day operations for TECOBI’s sales, BDC, performance and account setup departments.

Evan Driscoll

Driscoll started his career as a police officer in Steamboat Springs, CO, and then later transferred to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office. He left that career after six years to pursue his passion for cars and was hired at Schomp Automotive.

Driscoll sold cars, became a corporate trainer and was then made a sales manager within two years. He left Schomp to join the TECOBI team and help build one of the largest and most efficient BDCs in the industry.

Yoseph Albouri, previously TECOBI’s Performance Ninja manager, has been promoted to BDC director. Albouri began his career in the car industry in August 2015 as a salesperson with Shortline Hyundai. Within two years, he became the internet sales manager, improving response times, process and closing ratios to exceed industry standards. Through the Schomp acquisition of Shortline Hyundai, he became a sales manager and was able to successfully and smoothly implement industry-leading processes while maintaining high retention and morale in the store.

Yoseph Albouri

Albouri joined TECOBI recently to help the company build a new department. He will oversee the entire BDC department, which is currently staffed with more than 60 ninjas and two shift managers. He brings a lot of experience, knowledge and a strong work ethic that will help lead the TECOBI BDC to the next level, the company said.
